Angelica Donaghy

Angelica serves as the firm’s Director of Operations overseeing in-house functions and managing all aspects of human resources, accounting, contract management and client and vendor relations. Angelica also oversees functions of IT, financial reporting, planning, and procurement. She joined the firm in 2023 and works diligently to streamline processes and procedures to equip Axiom for its continued exponential growth. Angelica also coordinates and provides guidance on legislative filings required by the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) and California Secretary of State on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Axiom Advisors, Angelica worked as Assistant Controller of the California Medical Association co-leading the Finance and Accounting team. Angelica holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from California State University, Los Angeles and an executive masters of business administration from California State University, Sacramento. Angelica is also QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified and is always eager to expand on her professional education and experience to better serve Axiom’s clients. Angelica is a Sacramento native and currently resides in Elk Grove with her loving family.
