A large statewide healthcare provider lost its licensure at a 150-bed facility. Axiom assembled and oversaw a team that secured state funding which mitigated the lease liability and provided CapEx for construction at the healthcare facility.

A leading U.S. mountain resort developer faced significant and unexpected cost increases due to a recent change in the national building code. Axiom engaged directly with state code enforcement officers to draft and refine an IB that confirmed previous structural design standards remain valid for use in mountain regions.
