Molly is an experienced communications and public affairs professional based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to her time at Axiom Advisors, Molly served as the Americas News Lead at Airbnb. While at Airbnb, Molly worked across the policy, legal, marketing and data teams to lead multi-faceted campaigns that drove coverage of the company’s work on policy, consumer and corporate communications initiatives.
Before joining the policy and communications team at Airbnb, Molly worked in the health care space on ballot measure, public affairs, corporate and consumer campaigns. As the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Blue Shield of California, she worked on issues related to health care quality and affordability including contract negotiations, public health and legislative strategy.
Molly also served as Vice President of Public Affairs at the California Medical Association, where she helped lead the organization to victory in the Proposition 46 campaign (2014), beat back several scope of practice bills and landed feature stories in national publications including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times and TIME Magazine, among others.
As a Senior Associate at the Dewey Square Group, a nationally recognized political consulting firm, Molly worked on political advocacy campaigns across California, Alaska and Florida. She served as Deputy Campaign Manager on three statewide ballot measures, as Deputy Communications Director on another three statewide ballot measures and as a campaign coordinator during the 2005 California Special Election.
Molly attended the University of California, Santa Cruz where she earned a degree in political science and went on to George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management.
Molly lives in San Francisco with her husband.
